- 1. Upon contact, Qudos will arrange a consultation with you to discuss your outsourcing requirements.
- 2. A UK based project manager will be assigned to you, who will be responsible for meeting all objectives highlighted in the
consultation. - 3. In accordance with your requirements, Qudos then sets up the appropriate team of specialists to reflect your specific needs.
- 4. Qudos then ensures the selected offshore candidates are approved by you before work on the trial period stage is
commenced. Candidate CV's will be made available to you alongside the opportunity to personally interview them. - 5. Your offshore team then commences working as per your requirements for a free trial period of 7 to 14 days.
- 6. Once the trial period is complete, you make a no obligation informed decision whether to continue with your offshore team
based on their performance. This makes the process a risk free opportunity for yourself. - 7. Once your offshore team is approved, work is continued as per your requirements, with your project manager always being
available to ensure that your needs are being fulfilled.
