The client is an international tour operator which provides tours throughout Europe, Asia and South America.

Requirements/Business Challenge
  •     Full Circle Journeys required a software application for managing its interaction with vendors and customers. A three way
            interface was required to be created so that data would be instantly available to staff to make informed decisions.
  •     A fully integrated billing system was required to be designed which would result in better revenue management and lower
            management overheads.
  •     At the point of consultation, Full Circle Journeys was operating through multiple locations, each one managing a certain
            component of the supply chain. Qudos suggested integration of the management domains to streamline the supply chain.

Solutions
  •     Qudos constructed a three way interaction software application for Full Circle Journeys. This has resulted in:
            Better data management as information is now accessible through one source. This has enabled staff to make instant
            decisions resulting in an increase in sales volumes. Order processing turnaround times have also been reduced by
            approximately 50% resulting in better customer satisfaction levels.
  •     The application includes a fully integrated billing system which has reduced the billing department operating costs by 40 %.
  •     Through working closely with the client, Qudos has helped streamline the supply chain to a two point operation.
            Approximately 70% of back end operations now take place offshore at one location resulting in a significant reduction in
            infrastructure and daily management costs. Performance levels are also now being carefully audited to ensure customer
            satisfaction levels continue to rise.
