1. What is Business Process Outsourcing?
Business Process Outsourcing is the process of relocating business functions to either self owned or third party services providers, typically in lower cost countries such as India. BPO services are often divided into:
Back Office Outsourcing: this includes outsourcing tasks which a company requires doing but does not directly depend upon to maintain its market position. Examples include payroll processes, data entry and content management services.

Front Office Outsourcing: This includes customer related services such as Customer Services Helpdesk and Tele-Marketing.
2. What are the advantages of BPO?
